A Prayer for Being a Living Testimony

In order for us to be a living testimony, one that will point others to the character of our father, we must get to know him by immersing ourselves in his word. The Bible is not a book about us, and it is not a book of answers and applications for us to read and apply to our personal problems. It is a book about God, his character, and how he works in the lives of his people.
