{A Monday Prayer} for When You’re Angry

Sometimes, I just want to delete social media altogether, because it seems to be a place people can say anything they want and feel like there’s no accountability. Over the years, I’ve seen people say things on social I don’t believe they would ever say to someone’s face, and I’ve noticed that I also find it easier to distance myself from another person’s humanity if the only “connection” I have with them is through a computer screen.

But their stories matter.

And ideally, I’d like to be a woman who sees others, even those who are most different from me, through the lens of compassion and value.

If you find yourself feeling angry at someone today, join me in a 5-minute teaching + the full prayer for this week…by tuning into the Million Praying Moms podcast below!
