How do we pray in the midst of real pain?
On today’s show, Rachel Wojo shares about how God used prayer in various ways to wrap her up with comfort as she had to let go of her beautiful daughter, Taylor, to a metabolic disease over the course of several years. One of my (Brooke) main takeaways is that God is present in our pain, big or small.
All this season, I’m interviewing REAL moms, with REAL challenges, who have overcome to have REAL, vibrant prayer lives. Their stories are, well, real, and I’ve picked 6 of them to share with you over the next six weeks. If you like them, follow MPM on IG at MPM and listen to them all. The ones I’ve chosen for this season are intended to give you a diversity of personal story, and my hope is that you’ll hear your story reflected in one of theirs. Maybe in all of them.
Tune in now to listen for yourself and be encouraged to overcome your own challenges to prayer!

One More Step: Finding Strength When You Feel Like Giving Up
Do you have the prayer guide for peace for your son available? My bids are both in college and could benefit from this too
Hi Kelly! You could certainly use Everyday Prayers for Peace. It would serve to bless you in finding more of God’s peace personally, but you could very easily pray the prayers and truths from God’s Word in it for your son as well! I hope this helps!
