Million Praying Moms
MPM exists to help moms make prayer their first and best response to the challenges of parenting. We reach a wide audience of Christian women seeking community around the topics of motherhood, prayer, and the Christian faith.
For over ten years, first as The MOB Society, and now as Million Praying Moms, we have sought to walk alongside moms as they raise godly families, and have many resources, books, and programs just for them. In this season of ministry, we are seeking women who are passionate about serving other women with the hope of the Gospel to come alongside us in several independent contractor and volunteer positions, including:

Million Praying Moms
After serving in ministry to moms for over ten years, we feel God calling us to fill the positions listed here with people whose passion for prayer and ministering to women matches our own. For that reason, we ask that all candidates spend time in prayer, asking the Lord if they are called to serve as a part of Million Praying Moms. We are diligently seeking the next generation of this ministry…women who are passionate about the impact of prayer on families, passionate about Jesus, passionate about serving others in online ministry, and passionate about helping Million Praying Moms grow in its God-given purpose. Graphic Designer
Making Million Praying Moms Beautiful
Our Graphic Designer works behind the scenes to create all graphics for the ministry, including those needed for social media, book covers, the Christian Mom Shop, merchandise, the podcast, monthly prayer calendars, and other images as needed. She’ll have a passion for creating beauty that attracts other women to the beauty of God at work in her, and will work approximately 10 hours per week, capped at 40 hours per month. This position is available as an internship for qualified college or masters level students.

Customer Service Coordinator
Loving on the moms we serve is one of our highest priorities. Our Customer Service Coordinator is service-oriented, and loves to make things right. She will serve women who come into our programs by helping them find lost emails, gain access to programs, checking on purchased merchandise, answering emails, making necessary phone calls, and generally, making the Million Praying Moms family feel just like that…a big, happy, family. Our Customer Service Coordinator will work approximately 5-10 hours per week, capped at 25 hours per month. This position is available as an internship for qualified college or masters level students.

Social Media Manager
The Gatekeeper to Our Online Story
The majority of the women we serve find out about us because someone shared one of our social media images, teachings, or resources. Truly, the Social Media Manager has the power to touch lives with the power of the Gospel in a profound way through developing social media templates (Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others), scheduling posts, watching trends, understanding and scheduling ads, and managing the comments and concerns of the real women we serve. She will work approximately 10 hours per week, capped at 40 hours per month to start with. This position is available as an internship for qualified college or masters level students and has the capacity to grow into a larger position over time. One of the most important first jobs of this position will be to work with Brooke McGlothlin to establish a fluid template for sharing. How exciting!

Prayer Team Coordinator
Shouldn’t a ministry all about prayer, get covered in prayer every day? We think so, and like to think of the Prayer Team Coordinator as the shepherd to the shepherds…someone who lifts up those who are on the front lines of ministry, asking the Lord to guide and direct. Our PTC, is responsible for leading a team of prayer warriors who are committed to praying for the needs of Million Praying Moms on a daily basis, and will work approximately 2-5 hours per week, capped at 10 hours per month. This is a volunteer position.
