Most women allow their challenges to keep them from pressing in to Jesus. Many of us…maybe most of us…myself included…tend to take our eyes off of Jesus just when we need to focus in on Jesus the most. When the storms are raging around us, we need to press in to the truths of God’s Word, the character of God, the promises of God that are all fulfilled in His Son, Jesus. Quite literally, we lose our peace, and start to sink in stress and anxiety, because we take our eyes off of the Master.
Join me and Stacey Thacker on the Million Praying Moms podcast as we unpack reason #2 that believers experience a lack of peace…having an undisciplined mind.

I don’t have young children or teenagers as I’m sure there are many moms in that season that belong to this group
While this episode on adult children was good. But it would have been great to hear from a mom with several grown children and also who has prodigals.
Hi Sherry! Next week’s episode is called Everyday Prayers for Adult Children, and while we don’t have any moms of prodigals on that episode, you might still find it useful. You might also enjoy listening to episode #48, When You Love a Prodigal, with Judy Douglas. Here’s a link: https://www.millionprayingmoms.com/048-when-you-love-a-prodigal/
